To create a DEGX account, click on the "Sign Up" button at the top right of the page. You'll need to provide your email address, create a strong password, and agree to our Terms of Service. After registration, you'll receive a verification email to activate your account.

DEGX offers competitive trading fees starting at 0.1% for both makers and takers. Fees can be reduced based on your 30-day trading volume or by holding DEGX tokens. Check our Fee Schedule page for complete details.

To deposit crypto: 1) Log in to your DEGX account, 2) Go to "Wallet" and select "Deposit", 3) Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, 4) Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code, 5) Send your crypto to this address from your external wallet.

DEGX is available in most countries worldwide, with some exceptions due to local regulations. Currently, we do not serve users from the United States, China, and a few other restricted jurisdictions. Check our Terms of Service for the complete list.

For enhanced security: 1) Go to your Account Security settings, 2) Click "Enable" next to 2FA, 3) Scan the QR code with an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, 4) Enter the 6-digit code from the app, 5) Save your backup codes in a secure place.
